Terms & Conditions for Cloud & AI Infrastructure Excel Event Lucky Draw

Eligibility
​

  • Participants must be over 18 years in age.

  • Participants must be visitor at the Cloud & AI Infrastructure London Excel event on 12/03/2025 or 13/03/2025 to be eligible to win.

  • Participants must have followed the Company’s LinkedIn page.

  • Employees and immediate family members of the Cloud & AI Infrastructure London Excel event organizers are not eligible to participate.

Participation
​

  • Participation in the lucky draw is voluntary.

  • By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prizes
​

  • Prizes will be announced via email.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives.

  • The company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection and Notification
​

  • Each unique participant email would be allocated a number randomly between 100 to 10000 by the system.

  • Winners will be selected at random using Google's random number generator web browser application.

  • The decision of the draw organizers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Winners will be notified via email following the draw on 21/03/2025.

  • If a winner does not claim their prize within a reasonable time frame as specified on the email, the prize may be forfeited.

Liability
​

  • The company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, sponsors and agents shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or in connection with the lucky draw or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any injury, death, property damage, defamation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Publicity
​

  • By participating in the lucky draw, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, social profile, image for publicity purposes by the company without additional compensation.

Governing Law
​

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the lucky draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Modification and Termination
​

  • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance
​

  • Participation in the lucky draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
